Our legumes, a source of protein and mineral salts, are perfect for use in salads, soups or first courses, both cold and hot.
Our range includes lentils, peas, chickpeas and beans harvested and processed by local producers. Among the products offered are the typical varieties of our area such as the “eye bean” grown in the Sele Valley and in the Alburni, in the province of Salerno, the Cannellini and Borlotti beans, as well as more international varieties such as White beans of Spain, the “Red Kidney” variety or the Tondini beans in sauce, made to adapt the all-Italian taste to the ancient Anglo-American recipe.
The legumes, wisely selected and processed on site to preserve all the fragrance and natural flavor, bring to the table of those who choose them all the quality and taste of the Italian tradition.
